1 bunch Kale, 1 bunch Parsley, 4 stalks Celery, 1 Cucumber, 1 Lemon, 1 Green Apple
Recipe & Instructions:
Wash all vegatables and discard any browned areas. Peel lemon from the rind. Discard the rind. Cut appropriate density for your juicer.
Press, Juice, or Blend Kale, Parsley, Celery, Cucumber, Lemon (withough skin), and Apple. If blended, strain through a medium to fine mesh strainer. Top with your favorite spice or topping such as cayenne, flaked seaweed or chia seeds, ENJOY!
